Leaders on Mission

The purpose of Leaders on Mission is to grow and develop advance leadership skills in service settings. We are seeking proven Christian leaders of all professions who have experienced success and are yearning for significance. Many Christian leaders realize that their success has not fulfilled their noble purpose.  Something they feel a passion for leaving a legacy. You may be among this important group of people who desire to offer their knowledge and experience to equip a new generation of Christian leaders.  If so, we are planning brief mission trips that benefit more than those who desperately need to know the love of God. You can equip a team of new, emerging Christian leaders to pick up the mantle from you and continue to change the culture of their generation through realizing the blessing of our Lord. We will use a model of brief 4 to 5 day mission excursions to nearby regions and neighboring countries as practicums for leader growth. You will be asked to mentor 3 to 5 young potential leaders as you participate in service projects that range from house building to business startup to serving food to the hungry. Evenings will include leadership classes to refresh your practical knowledge and introduce concepts to young leaders. There will also be opportunities to enjoy local adventures, such as deep sea fishing, hiking, and other fun activities.
